With the significant advances and successful results in hair transplantation, interest in hair transplantation has significantly increased in the last decade.

Hair transplantation cosmetic surgery operation requires the removal of the hair roots from the hairy area at the back of the head as a strip or from the other hairy regions of the body one by one with special techniques. These removed roots are divided into hundreds of little roots (grafts). These grafts are then implanted into the micro channels in the balding area.

For the implanted hair to be in the same direction with the present hair and look natural, channel opening and implanting should be performed by experts; While some grafts contain three or four hairs, in order to provide a natural look, usage of many grafts containing only one or two hairs may be necessary. These are known as mini and micrografting.

FUT (FOLICULAR UNITE TRANSPLANTATION) METHOD

It is the operation to remove hair roots that are present between the ears at the back of the head at the optimal level as a strip, according to the calculation based on the thickness, flexibility of the region, and baldness of the implant area. Local anesthesia is applied to the donor and receiver sites, the donor site where strips are removed is closed with an aesthetics stitch to prevent a visible scar.

FUE (FOLICULAR UNITE EXTRACTION) METHOD

It is the process of removing the hair roots one by one with tools of micro surgery without using any incisions or stitches from the hairy skin by a specialist doctor. Hair units (grafts) are removed from the back and sides of the head and implanted to the hairless area. With this method, hair roots are also removed from certain parts of the body (chest hairs, hairs at the back, etc.). Local anesthesia is applied to the donor and receiver sites. This method does not leave scars.
